Email support@ppfbrand.store or contact P.P.F. Include your order number, the item and whether you want to cancel, return or report a fault. You do not need to give a reason to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs help us resolve the issue. Keep the item and packaging while we arrange the next step.

Ask us for the correct return instructions and address before posting a parcel. A production facility's address on a label may not be the return address. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
