P.P.F

Questions & answers

What does P.P.F mean?

P.P.F stands for Poquito Petito Francito, a made-up name built around one idea: Make Big Challenges Small.

When is my garment made?

Our current printed T-shirts and hoodies are made after you order. Production and delivery are separate stages. See delivery information before ordering.

How do I choose a size?

Choose your size and colour on the product page. Fit varies between T-shirts and hoodies. If you need a measurement confirmed, contact support@ppfbrand.store with the product name and size before ordering. Campaign styling is not a size guide.

Are the campaign images the exact product?

Campaign imagery shows an editorial setting and may be AI-assisted. Use the product mockups to check artwork, placement, garment shape and colour. Screen colours can vary.

Is there a physical epoxy emblem on the garment?

The current printed collections use a printed P.P.F graphic. The dimensional crystal/epoxy artifact shown in brand imagery is not attached to these garments.

Can I change an order?

Contact support@ppfbrand.store as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Changes may no longer be possible once production begins. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where is my order?

Open “View your order” in your confirmation email. Tracking is sent when your parcel is dispatched. See order tracking.

Can I return an item?

Read our return policy. Contact us for instructions before sending a parcel. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

What does the future collection waitlist mean?

Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase, deposit or guaranteed allocation. No release date is promised. The images are design studies; final specifications will be confirmed before anything is offered for sale.
